JOB OVERVIEW

SUBJECT: Social Media Content Creator + Funnel VA NEEDED (Reels, Carousels, Kajabi) PAYS WELL!

Hi! I'm Dr. Mary Parman, an OB/GYN in the United States with over 20 years in practice. I teach women about perimenopause and hormone health, and I'm launching my first online program.

What you'd do:

Reels from B-roll. I send random phone clips (walking, the gym, the office). You pick the usable footage, cut it, and layer copy over the top. I'll give you a bank of copy lines to pull from and adapt.
Reels from talking-head footage. Trim my false starts and dead space, cut to 30 to 60 seconds, add captions and a hook overlay.
Carousels and quote cards from my scripts, on a consistent template.
Captions, hashtags, scheduling, stories, and repurposing posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Kajabi: Build landing pages and email sequences, wire forms to the right tag and thank-you page, and test everything before it goes ---------- test send, click every link, confirm it lands where it should.

What you need:

Real short-form video editing skill. You can look at 4 minutes of ordinary phone footage and know which 15 seconds are usable.
Social media experience for an actual brand. A business, a client, a creator, your own shop. Your personal or family account doesn't count. I need someone who has posted for something other than themselves.
Design sense for social. Your carousels should look like a brand, not a filled-in template.
Funnel experience on some platform. Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kartra, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, any of them. If you have built pages and email sequences somewhere before and you're the kind of person who opens a new platform, digs through the help docs, and figures it out, you'll be fine here.
You use AI well. Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, in your daily work.
Clean written English. My audience is American women in their 40s and 50s.
Reliable internet and at least [2] hours of overlap with US Pacific time

You do NOT need medical knowledge. That part comes fro ---------- , always.

The first 30 days is a paid probationary period with a review at the end, so we both find out if this is a fit.
