About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Marketing Executive to support our client in growing brand presence and generating quality leads within the NDIS sector.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in social media marketing, graphic design, lead generation, and familiar with the NDIS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn,
-Create engaging content and maintain a consistent content calendar
-Design graphics, promotional materials, and digital ads
-Develop and implement lead generation strategies
-Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (if experienced)
-Optimise content for engagement and conversions
-Provide executive support (calendar management,
-Ensure marketing content aligns with NDIS compliance guidelines
-Communicate professionally with stakeholders and participants
Skills & Experience:
-2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
-Strong graphic design and content creation skills
-Experience in lead generation and digital campaigns
-Good understanding of NDIS (preferred)
-Strong communication and organisational skills
-Able to work independently during Australian business hours
