JOB OVERVIEW

The Virtual Assistant will support daily operations for a growing Etsy?based business. This position blends administrative structure with creative execution — managing calendars, maintaining social media accounts, and creating optimized Etsy listings that drive visibility and sales.

The assistant will begin by reporting directly to the Etsy shop owner. After the first 30 days and successful onboarding, the role transitions to reporting to the Etsy shop manager.

Primary communication will take place through WhatsApp.
