JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Content, Social Media & Client Support)

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: Part-Time
Schedule Requirement: Must have daily overlap with New York (Eastern Time) from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET

### Overview
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support content creation, social media management, and client communication.

This role requires real-time collaboration, fast execution, and strong attention to detail.

---

### Availability Requirements
- Must be available 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM New York time (EST/EDT)
- Must be active and responsive on Slack during working hours
- Must be comfortable being on-call and working live when needed

---

### Responsibilities

Content & Video Editing
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (16:9)
- Create short-form content (9:16) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Add captions, cuts, and basic visual enhancements

---

Social Media Management
- Post content across:
- TikTok
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- Write captions and select hashtags
- Respond to comments and direct messages

---

Customer & Client Communication (CRM Support)
- Respond to inbound texts, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Manage conversations with leads and clients
- Update CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Flag important or high-priority conversations
- Follow up with leads when needed

---

Design & Content Support
- Create simple graphics using Canva
- Assist with content organization and scheduling

---

Operations Support
- Update systems (CRM, files, etc.)
- Assist with various administrative and business tasks as needed

---

### Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate experience with:
- Canva
- CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
- ChatGPT / AI tools
- YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
- Familiarity with:
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Shopify (basic understanding)
- Strong written English (important for client communication)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fast learner and able to follow instructions

### Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Experience editing viral-style short-form content
- Understanding of social media trends and hooks
- Experience with lead follow-up and customer support
