JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant who understands social media - especially short-form video platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

Your main job will be to research and analyze viral videos, find out what makes them perform well, and help me make better creative decisions based on both industry trends and my own analytics.

Responsibilities
- Research the internet daily for the most viral short-form videos (100M+ Views) in my niche and related spaces
- Summarize what the best-performing videos did right - their hooks, pacing, tone, storytelling, or editing style
- Review my YouTube analytics (and other social platform data) to identify what content performs best
- Suggest what types of videos I should make more of, based on trends, retention graphs, and audience engagement
- Track competitors’ content performance and summarize new strategies they’re using
- Keep organized notes or dashboards to present findings clearly each week
