The Role
We are looking for a true all-rounder — someone equally strong in design and operations. This is not a task-executor role. We need someone who thinks, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal hand-holding. You will be one of the most important people in building this brand from zero.
The creator handles filming, brand decisions, approvals, posting, and deal negotiations. You handle everything else.

What You Will Do
Your work falls into four categories. You must be genuinely capable in all four — not just one or two.
1 — Design & Creative
Brand board Build the full brand board from research: colour palette, typography, logo direction, mood board.
Content templates Design reusable carousel templates, Reel cover frames, and infographic layouts in Canva.
Mockups Create content mockups using existing photos and videos provided by the creator.
Visual consistency Ensure every piece of content looks and feels like Adventure Luxury Leisure — nothing generic, nothing templated.
Logo concept Design a circular avatar logo with globe, ALL acronym, and full brand name in the approved palette.
2 — Content Operations
Market research Research established and emerging creators across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Identify gaps and opportunities.
Shoot briefs Write detailed briefs for every approved post: scripted hook, talking points, B-roll list, on-screen text, audio note, CTA.
Content ideas Submit 10 content ideas every Monday by 9am in a standard format.
Caption writing Draft platform-specific captions for IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube from each piece of content.
Hashtag & keyword research Build and maintain a 50-tag hashtag bank. Separate keyword lists for Pinterest and YouTube.
Scheduling Set up and manage Hootsuite or Buffer. Schedule content across all four platforms with optimised posting times.
Performance logging Log post performance within 24 hours. Flag anything performing 50%+ above or below average.
3 — Outreach & Pitching
UGC pitching Research and pitch travel brands, fashion brands, beauty brands, adventure gear brands, and baby travel gear brands for UGC partnerships.
Hotel pipeline Maintain a live pipeline of 5–10 hotels in active pitching at all times. Research, write, send, and follow up on all hotel pitches.
Platform applications Apply to UGC platforms: Billo, JoinBrands,
Email
4 — Systems & AI
Claude workflow Use Claude Pro as your primary drafting tool for briefs, captions, research summaries, pitch copy, and content ideas.
Prompt templates Build a standing Claude prompt that turns one piece of raw content into four platform-specific caption variations ready to schedule.
Editing Edit short-form video content using CapCut. Add captions using VEED. Brand all content to the approved visual identity.
Monthly reporting Deliver a monthly performance report: top posts, follower growth, pipeline summaries, and a one-paragraph assessment of what to adjust.
When to Stop and Flag
These situations require the creator's decision immediately. Do not proceed alone on any of the following.
Escalate immediately — within the hour
Brand deal inbound Any brand reaches out about a paid partnership of any kind.
Hotel responds positively Forward immediately. The creator closes the deal — you do not negotiate.
Post 50%+ below average Flag with data and a hypothesis within 48 hours.
Privacy concerns Any content involving the creator's son that feels uncomfortable or crosses a privacy line.
New competitor Any creator gaining traction in adventure-luxury-leisure or traveling mom + luxury positioning.
What We Are Looking For
Required skills and qualities
Canva Expert level. You build beautiful, brand-consistent visuals independently — not templated, not generic.
CapCut Comfortable editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Written English Excellent. All outreach, briefs, captions, and reports are drafted by you. Clear, professional, and on-brand.
AI tools You actively use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools in your daily workflow. Not occasionally — daily.
Research You can find the right hotel contact, the right brand campaign manager, the right hashtag set — independently.
Self-managing Monday handoff is a commitment, not a suggestion. Deadlines are met without reminders.
Detail-oriented Shoot briefs need to be exact. Pitch copy needs to be personalised. Close enough is not good enough.
Genuine interest in travel This brand lives and breathes adventure, luxury, and leisure. You need to get it instinctively.
Discretion You will have visibility of business finances, brand deals, and personal family content. Confidentiality always.
Nice to have — not required
UGC industry experience Have you worked with UGC platforms or pitched brands on a creator's behalf before?
Hotel or brand partnership experience Have you managed a pitch pipeline or outreach campaign before?
Hootsuite or Buffer Experience scheduling content across multiple platforms simultaneously.
Pinterest and YouTube SEO Understanding that these platforms are search engines first — keywords over hashtags.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
• You take initiative. You bring ideas, flag problems early, and find solutions without being asked.
• You use AI as a daily tool — not a novelty. Claude Pro is provided and expected to be used constantly.
• You have genuine taste. You know the difference between content that looks expensive and content that looks templated.
• You are organised and consistent. The creator should rarely have to chase you — you stay ahead.
• You care about the outcome, not just the task. The success of this brand matters to you.
• You are excited about the travel space. You find yourself watching luxury travel content because you love it, not just for research.

Green flags — we want to see these

Genuine brand interest References to the brand philosophy, the travel-as-medicine angle, or the content pillars signal you actually read this.
AI fluency You mention Claude, ChatGPT, or other specific tools and describe exactly how you use them.
Initiative You go beyond the application requirements — add something we didn't ask for that shows your thinking.
Red flags — these will disqualify your application
Generic opener 'Dear Hiring Manager, I am interested in this position' with no specific reference to ALL.
No portfolio Telling us you are good at Canva without showing us anything.
No answer to the brand question This tells us you did not read the description carefully.
Vague AI experience 'I use AI tools sometimes' is not an answer. Tell us specifically how.
