About Us

We are a short-term rental company committed to providing positive experiences for our guests. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our property listings, communicate with guests, and support our day-to-day operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities. You should have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include responding to guests, managing reservations, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, and keeping property information accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Guest Communication
•? ?Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests.
•? ?Provide accurate information about the properties, amenities, and nearby attractions.
•? ?Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and questions during their stay.
•? ?Help address guest concerns and coordinate solutions when needed.

Reservation Management
•? ?Keep booking calendars accurate and up to date.
•? ?Confirm reservations and assist with booking changes or cancellations.
•? ?Monitor availability and help prevent scheduling conflicts.
•? ?Adjust pricing based on demand and seasonal trends.

Property Coordination
•? ?Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare properties for incoming guests.
•? ?Schedule maintenance and follow up on reported issues.
•? ?Communicate important updates to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers.

Listing Management
•? ?Update property listings with current photos, descriptions, amenities, and other relevant information.
•? ?Review and improve listings to help attract more guests.
•? ?Make sure all property information remains accurate and consistent.

Guest Reviews
•? ?Write and submit reviews for guests.
•? ?Monitor and respond professionally to guest reviews.
•? ?Help maintain strong ratings and a positive online reputation.

Preferred Qualifications
•? ?Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, short-term rental assistant, Airbnb host, or customer service representative.
•? ?Familiarity with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms.
•? ?Excellent written and spoken English.
•? ?Strong attention to detail.
•? ?Good organizational and time-management skills.
•? ?Ability to work independently and take initiative.
•? ?Comfortable using online tools and Microsoft Office.
•? ?Reliable internet connection.
•? ?Availability to work flexible hours when needed.
