WHO WE ARE
We are three Dutch entrepreneurs in our twenties, with over 10 years of combined e-commerce experience between us. We each own a specific part of the business — and we came together because we saw an opportunity to build something serious.
We run a US-based Shopify fashion dropshipping store with a specific concept and niche. We are multi-platform — running active paid campaigns on Google,
We already have a team — two part-timers and multiple Filipino team members. We know how to work remotely, we know how to train people, and we know how to grow with people who are willing to grow with us.
THE TEAM CULTURE
We communicate via Slack. That is our office. We expect fast replies — not because we micromanage, but because we are a team that moves quickly and needs to stay aligned. Being reachable and responsive on Slack is non-negotiable.
You will be joining a warm, driven team. Everyone here is motivated to improve themselves, not just complete tasks. We are not looking for someone who clocks in and clocks out. We want someone who takes pride in their work and wants to get better every week.

THE ROLE
You will own a core part of our backend operations. This is not a passive assistant role. We expect you to work independently, follow our SOPs and Loom training videos, and flag issues before they become problems.
You will receive full training through detailed Loom videos and written SOPs. Our AI tools handle the heavy lifting — your job is to operate them accurately, check the output, and maintain our quality standard.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily quality checks on the Shopify store using our provided checklist — thoroughly and independently
List 5 new product collections per day using our AI tools — accuracy and speed both matter
Every other day: add and verify size charts for all collections based on updated supplier data
Cross-check size charts against supplier specifications and correct or flag any discrepancies immediately
Maintain clean and accurate product backends — titles, descriptions, sizes, and images must all meet our standards
Communicate proactively on Slack when something is unclear or incorrect — do not guess, do not delay
WORKING DAYS & AVAILABILITY
We work Monday through Saturday. You are expected to be available and reachable on Slack on Saturdays as well. This is a remote role, but availability during working days is required — we are a team, not a group of freelancers working in isolation.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Proven Shopify experience — this is mandatory, no exceptions
Strong written English — all team communication is in English
Available Monday through Saturday, including reachable on Saturdays via Slack
Reliable high-speed internet (speedtest screenshot required when applying)
Own laptop or desktop with a working camera
Comfortable with Slack and async remote communication
Ability to follow SOPs and Loom video training independently
AI tool experience is a plus — we will train you on our specific systems
COMPENSATION & GROWTH PATH
Starting rate: $4.00/hour (discussable) | 15–30 hours/week | Part-time to Full-time
Every new team member starts at our base rate during the onboarding period. This is a 4-week onboarding phase, after which we review performance and adjust compensation accordingly.
We do not keep good people at a low rate. If you deliver quality work and grow into the role, your hours and rate will increase. Our best team members move to full-time. We reward results and loyalty — not just presence.
