About Us

We are a growing UK-based serviced accommodation and property management business providing high-quality accommodation and exceptional guest experiences. As our portfolio expands, we're looking for an experienced Senior Virtual Assistant to become a key part of the business.

This is not a general administrative role. We're looking for someone with proven serviced accommodation experience who can confidently support business growth, manage day-to-day operations and work closely with the business owner to improve performance across all areas of the business.

The Role

This is a varied role combining business development, revenue management, property operations and executive support. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your work, make recommendations, solve problems independently and help the business continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Marketing
Develop strategies to increase direct bookings.
Build relationships with contractors, relocation companies, insurance providers, local businesses and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Support marketing initiatives and direct booking growth.
Revenue Management & OTA Optimisation
Manage Airbnb, ---------- and other OTA listings.
Optimise listings to maximise occupancy and conversion.
Manage dynamic pricing using PriceLabs or similar software.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and booking performance.
Property Operations
Coordinate guest communication before, during and after each stay.
Coordinate cleaners, maintenance contractors and suppliers.
Ensure properties are guest-ready and operational issues are resolved promptly.
Manage guest damage claims through Airbnb, ---------- and other platforms.
Executive Support
Manage the business owner's diary, calendar and meeting schedule.
Track tasks, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed.
Help improve systems, processes and business workflows.
Provide proactive support to help keep the business organised and running efficiently.
Reporting
Produce regular reports on occupancy, revenue and property performance.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience within serviced accommodation, holiday lets or short-term rentals.
Experience managing Airbnb, ---------- and other OTA platforms.
Strong understanding of revenue management and dynamic pricing.
Experience using PriceLabs or similar pricing software.
Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with corporate clients, guests and suppliers.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating cleaners, maintenance contractors and service providers.
Experience managing guest damage claims.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and prioritise multiple responsibilities.
Desirable Skills
Experience using Uplisting, Hospitable, Guesty, Lodgify or similar property management systems.
Knowledge of direct booking strategies, SEO and digital marketing.
Experience using Canva, ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools.
Understanding of the UK serviced accommodation market.
Working Hours
Fully remote.
Part-time initially, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
Flexibility to respond to occasional urgent operational matters when required.
