JOB OVERVIEW

Coordination: Assist in managing service schedules and coordinating between caregivers and clients.
Communication: Answer calls promptly and professionally; manage internal communications via Slack.
System Management: Maintain accurate records using our operational systems, including WellSky and our phone system.
Proactivity: Monitor live dashboards and identify scheduling gaps before they become issues. Candidates should have C1/C2 english proficiency test verified.
