We are a fast growing e commerce brand in the health and wellness sector seeking a SALES driven Virtual Assistant who is equally comfortable managing operational responsibilities. This role is designed for someone with a strong sales profile who can confidently represent the brand, while also handling administrative and organisational tasks with precision.
Key responsibilities
Wholesale sales calls
Lead video and voice calls with prospective wholesale partners, present our product range, respond to enquiries, and convert qualified leads into customers. This is the primary focus of the role.
Executive support
Assist the founder with scheduling, follow ups, and day to day coordination.
Administrative and financial tracking
Monitor incoming customer payments, organise receipts and invoices, and prepare clear documentation for accounting purposes.
Customer support
Manage support tickets through Gorgias. This responsibility will gradually decrease as automation expands.
Candidate profile
This role is best suited for someone with a proven background in sales, business development, or account management who is confident and articulate in English across both video and voice communication. You should be comfortable leading conversations, building trust, and closing opportunities, while also being highly organised and reliable with administrative responsibilities. Experience within e commerce or as a Virtual Assistant is advantageous, particularly familiarity with platforms such as Gorgias or Shopify. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
