JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Filipino Virtual Assistant who would like an additional sales earning opportunity talking to clients on the phone.

If you have experience doing general administrative VA tasks along with talking to clients on the phone, you will have a chance to earn a high amount through this position.

Half of your time will go toward typical VA administrative tasks like data entry, email communication, order processing, etc.

The other half of your time will go toward sales support activity like helping our sales representatives with their follow up messages, follow up phone calls, and cleaning out the sales pipeline. In those situations where a sale that you supported closes, you will earn an additional commission.

We work with mostly wealthy clients who can easily afford our services which range from $500 to a few thousand dollars (USD). With our training, we expect you to help sell a few sales a day. We expect you to double, triple, or even quadruple your base income considering the generous commission structure we have set up for this hybrid VA/Sales Support Position

The main requirements are:

-General VA training/experience
-A lovely phone voice
-A learner's attitude
-Organized, positive, and enthusiastic

We are in the notary/document prep industry, but it does not matter that you have prior experience in the industry. We will teach you everything there is to know. We have training and guidance for you along the way, and you will be successful as long as you show up with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude.

Most hires will be for full time USA hours. We have different shifts so there is some flexibility when it comes to hours (including a US overnight/PH daytime shift). The more competitive applicants will be given their shift of choice. We are hiring multiple people for this position at once. Apply right away as we are taking in a cohort of VA's that will all get trained at the same time, training begins soon.

If you excel in the hybrid Virtual Assistant / Sales Support Position, there is plenty of room for promotion including promotion to full time sales staff where you'll be able to earn $3,000-$5,000+ dollars per month at higher commission levels.
