JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing exterior cleaning company based in the United States, specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning.

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant (Sales & Customer Service) to help manage incoming leads and convert them into booked jobs.

This is a remote position, but you must be available to work American hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Saturday.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES

Call, text, and follow up with leads who have requested quotes

Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally

Book appointments and schedule jobs

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Close sales and help increase company revenue

Update and manage our CRM system

Follow up with past leads and re-engage potential customers

? SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Full-Time Only

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)

Monday through Saturday

Must be consistently available during these hours

???? IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who:

Speaks fluent, near-perfect English

Has strong communication and customer service skills

Is confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with customers

Has sales experience or is willing to learn how to close deals

Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Can work independently and follow systems

$750 – $1,000/month (based on performance)
