About the Role
We manage short-term rental properties in the UK, mainly hosting contractors and long-stay guests.
We are improving our systems and need a hands-on Virtual Assistant who is comfortable working closely with the business owner and joining regular video calls.
If you prefer working without calls or minimal communication, this role is not suitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest & Booking Support
- Respond to guest messages (Airbnb,
- Send check-in instructions and templates
- Handle guest queries calmly and professionally
- Escalate issues clearly when required
Operations & Admin
- Update bookings and invoices in Zeevou
- Upload and organise documents in Google Drive
- Track linen usage, cleans, and operational logs
Systems & Organisation
- Work with the owner on video calls to improve processes
- Manage tasks and workflows in Notion & Asana
- Keep information accurate and up to date
Social Media Support (Light)
- Schedule posts for Instagram /
- Repurpose existing content
- Prepare captions and hashtags
Use Canva for basic post creation and resizing
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Comfortable joining regular video calls (Zoom / Google Meet)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Organised, reliable, detail-focused
- Stable internet and quiet work environment
- Short-term rental or Airbnb experience preferred
