We're hiring a reliable, hardworking VA who's exceptional at following instructions and consistently executing repetitive tasks. You'll be working inside our internal production pipeline — everything is documented step-by-step, so you don't need to walk in already knowing it. If you can follow a clear process and learn new software, you'll thrive here.
This isn't pure data entry. You'll be working alongside light video and visual content, so we need someone who's comfortable around that kind of material — not an expert, just someone who isn't intimidated by it.
What you'll actually do
Run documented, repetitive tasks through our production system
Follow SOPs exactly — no shortcuts, no improvising
Manage your queue and updates inside ClickUp
Use Descript and Canva daily as part of the workflow
Light handling of video content (full training provided)
What we need from you
You follow instructions exactly as written
Hardworking and consistent — you show up, you do the reps, you don't drop the ball
High agency — when something's broken, you flag it or fix it
Working knowledge of: ClickUp, Descript, Canva, Google Drive
Basic familiarity with how video works (you don't need to have edited anything)
Genuine willingness to learn new software — the single most important trait
What this role is NOT
Not a creative video editor role
Not a path into a senior creative position
Not for people who like to "make things their own"
If you want to grow as an artist, this isn't it. We need someone who loves doing the same thing right, every time.
