Your Mission
• Review and sort incoming VA applications daily
• Shortlist top-tier candidates based on skills, communication, and culture fit
• Conduct video and voice interviews
• Evaluate English fluency and confidence
• Assess technical skill level (Admin, ISA, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• Maintain detailed interview notes and candidate scorecards
• Organize qualified candidates into structured talent pools
• Coordinate final interviews between clients and candidates
• Improve and refine the recruitment process over time
Bonus Skills
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based real estate teams
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience hiring Virtual Assistants or remote staff (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal + written)
• Confident conducting live interviews
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to identify A-Players vs average candidates
• Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems
• Self-starter who can manage pipelines independently
