We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our growing recruiting team.
This is a part-time, remote position (20 hours/week) where you will play a key role in helping us manage applicant flow, follow up with candidates, and keep our hiring process running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and enjoys structured, task-based work.
* About the Role
You will function as the point person for our recruiting pipeline, ensuring that every applicant is contacted, followed up with, and guided through our process.
You will work directly with our Recruiting Director and help coordinate the early stages of our hiring process.
There is also an opportunity to grow into a supervisory role based on performance.
* What You’ll Be Doing
Sending follow-up messages to applicants (text/email)
Ensuring candidates follow our hiring process
Scheduling interviews for qualified candidates
Tracking applicant progress in a simple system (Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheet, or CRM)
Sending reminders and confirmations for interviews
Supporting and monitoring basic AI recruiting tools

Proficient with speaking and understanding English
Consistent
Detail-oriented
Comfortable doing follow-up and scheduling every day
If you do not enjoy organized, repetitive follow-up work, this role will NOT be a good fit.
* Compensation & Schedule
$4–$6/hour (based on experience)
~20 to 25 hours per week
Fully remote
Flexible schedule, but must be responsive and reliable
