???? About the Role

We are a growing luxury body contouring & aesthetics business looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help with:
• Front desk / receptionist tasks
• Social media & marketing
• Content & video editing for Instagram
• Setting up AI tools to automate parts of the business

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, proactive, and comfortable with technology + AI tools.

? Responsibilities

????????? Reception / Admin Support
• Respond to website inquiries, messages, and emails
• Help manage appointments & follow-ups
• Organize client lists & simple CRM tasks
• Basic customer support and lead tracking

???? Marketing & Social Media
• Post content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Help write captions, hashtags, and simple ad copy
• Edit short videos (Reels, before/after, promos)
• Help with simple graphics (Canva preferred)
• Track basic performance (engagement, views, leads)

???? AI & Automation (BIG PLUS)
• Help set up and manage AI tools such as:
• ChatGPT for responses & scripts
• AI chatbots for website or social media
• Automated follow-ups
• Simple workflows (Zapier, Make, etc. – optional)
• Help improve efficiency using AI for:
• Scheduling
• Marketing content
• Customer responses
• Lead management

(We will guide you — but you must be comfortable learning and experimenting with AI tools.)

? Strong English communication (written & spoken)
? Reliable internet + computer
? Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
? Experience with:
• Social media
• Canva
• Video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
? Comfortable with tech tools
? Willing to learn AI automation tools
? Positive, professional attitude
? Experience with beauty, spa, or service businesses is a plus
