Position: Virtual Assistant - Media Culling, Client Communication, & Prospecting via Instagram

Job Description: Got an eye for a beautiful photo or a well-paced video? This role is for someone who loves curating content — sifting through raw footage, picking the shots that tell the best story, and giving our editors the creative direction to bring it to life.

Think Pinterest boards, Canva moodboards, "does this feel right" instincts. You'll also be the go-to person keeping our client's evenings organized and on track. If you want a role where your taste and judgment actually matter, and you're looking for something stable to grow with long-term, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Curate the best shots from raw photo and video footage — the ones that actually tell the story.
- Cull footage down to the essentials (think 90 clips trimmed to the best 60) and hand editors clear creative direction on tone, pacing, and must-use ---------- nts.
- Pre-QC photos, virtual staging, and floor plans before they reach the client.
- Keep evening client communication on Slack/CRM warm, organized, and on time.
- Coordinate with the editing team to keep everything on schedule.
- Dip into Instagram prospecting. Follow our process to find real estate agents on Instagram.
- Maintain conversations with prospects and new leads.
- Work closely with our team so we’re all on the same page.
- Give regular updates on how things are going.

Requirements:
- A genuine eye for photography and video — you notice composition, pacing, and story.
- Comfortable putting your creative direction into words editors can run with.
- Sharp attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Excellent written English with a warm, professional communication style.
- Organized, adaptable, and looking for consistent, long-term work.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, CRMs, or platforms like HD PhotoHub/Aryeo.
- Bonus: Prospecting or outreach experience.
- Compensation: This contract position offers a starting monthly salary of $500-$700 for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. There will be opportunities for bonuses and salary increases based on performance.
