We’re a top-producing U.S. real estate team seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (20 hrs/week) with proven U.S. real estate experience, strong English skills, and social media expertise. You must know how to create and manage content (Canva, Reels, captions), work with CRMs like BoomTown, and coordinate marketing tasks.
Only applicants with U.S. real estate experience and excellent English will be considered.

The Sabourin Homes Team, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, is a top-producing real estate group serving Wilmington, NC, and surrounding coastal communities.
We specialize in luxury, lifestyle, and coastal homes — and are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and client relationship systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Top Priority)
Create, design, and schedule posts for multiple pages
Use Canva to create attractive graphics and videos (Reels, Stories, carousels).
Write engaging English captions with correct grammar and tone.
Research trends, local lifestyle content, and hashtags.
Track engagement and recommend improvements.
2. Real Estate Systems (Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Tools)
Learn and use MoxiWorks, Listing Concierge, Design Concierge, and InTouch CRM.
Update listings, upload marketing materials, and help maintain the team’s internal systems.
Real Estate Reviews
3. Marketing Coordination
Manage monthly postcards,
Maintain consistent marketing flow and brand voice.
Support seasonal campaigns and client appreciation events.
4. Client Reviews & Testimonials
Request and manage client reviews on Google, Zillow, and
Organize testimonial graphics and share on social media.
5. Database & Client Relationship Management
Maintain Google Sheets and CRM databases.
Update client birthdays, anniversaries, and contact information.
Help personalize client follow-ups and relationship touches.
Requirements & Qualifications
MUST have U.S. real estate experience (minimum 1 year).
MUST have excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2 level).
Proficient with Canva, social media scheduling, and caption writing.
Familiar with real estate CRMs (BoomTown, Follow Up Boss, MoxiWorks, KVCore, etc.).
Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
Available at least 3–4 hours/day during U.S. Eastern business hours
Compensation & Growth
Rate: $8–$12 USD/hour (? $640–$960 USD/month for 20 hours/week)
Performance review after 90 days with potential for rate increase or additional hours.
Long-term position with consistent workload and growth opportunities.
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week
Some overlap with Eastern Time (U.S.) required
Monday–Friday preferred
