I am seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant with prior real estate experience to support and help streamline my growing real estate business.
This role is for someone who understands the fast pace of real estate, can anticipate needs, and thrives in creating systems that keep everything running smoothly while also supporting a consistent social media presence.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and organizing CRM systems
Creating and improving workflows and processes
Email
Sending contracts and coordinating transaction paperwork
Scheduling appointments and managing calendar
Following up with leads and past clients
Assisting with social media management (content scheduling, captions, engagement, basic design in Canva, organizing content calendar, tracking insights)
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in real estate (required)
Experience with transaction coordination
Experience managing business social media accounts
Strong organizational and system-building skills
Detail-oriented and proactive
Excellent written communication
Comfortable using Google Drive, CRMs, Canva, and social platforms
