We are looking for an experienced accounting VA who can fully operate QuickBooks independently from day one. This is not an entry-level role — if you are still learning QuickBooks, please do not apply.
You must be able to:
• Operate QuickBooks independently without supervision
• Ensure accurate data entry with minimal errors and consistent verification procedures
• Create and manage invoices in Microsoft Word and QuickBooks
• Maintain organized, accurate, audit-ready financial records
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Communicate proactively regarding discrepancies or issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years hands-on QuickBooks experience (not just exposure)
• Strong attention to detail — a high standard of accuracy is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
• Seeking long-term growth with a company (not a short-term contract role)
