JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a real estate-focused marketing agency with several sub-brands across the space—ranging from service-based businesses (such as 3D renders, social media, websites, and branding) to software and tech-enabled platforms. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant / Project Manager to help keep everything organized and moving forward.

This is not just a general admin role—we’re looking for someone who thrives on managing tasks, coordinating across teams, and holding people accountable. You’ll be responsible for a mix of daily/weekly tasks (such as client outreach and internal updates), one-off admin support, and overseeing full internal and client projects from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and organizing daily, weekly, and project-based tasks across multiple brands
- Overseeing the progress of client projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Communicating with freelancers and subcontractors to coordinate deliverables and follow-ups
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as email organization, scheduling, documentation, and SOP creation

Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone extremely organized and detail-oriented
- A natural project manager who enjoys keeping teams and tasks on track
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Able to work independently and proactively manage responsibilities
- Familiarity with marketing or real estate is helpful, but not required

Must not have any other full-time job or significant freelance commitments
