We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to support our team by designing high-quality pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate our vision to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
Role Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will work closely with our leadership team to craft visually compelling and professional presentations for development proposals, investor pitches, and project updates. This is a remote, contract-based role with the potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to develop pitch decks and presentations for real estate projects
Transform raw content, data, and concepts into visually engaging slides
Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Provide creative input to enhance storytelling and design impact
Manage timelines and deliver presentations within agreed deadlines
Qualifications:
Proven experience creating pitch decks or presentations (real estate, architecture, or investment-related experience a plus)
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, or similar design tools
Strong graphic design and layout skills with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Portfolio Requirement:
Applicants must provide a portfolio or samples of relevant work (pitch decks, investor presentations, or similar materials) to be considered.
