About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage

Responsibilities
Email
Screen, categorize, and prioritize
Draft and send professional responses based on provided tone/voice guidelines
Forward
Flag urgent or important messages
Manage newsletters (unsubscribe from irrelevant content, highlight useful resources)
Calendar & Scheduling
Schedule business and personal meetings/appointments
Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
Manage cancellations/rescheduling and ensure all meeting logistics (locations, virtual links) are in place
Block time for focus work, travel, and personal commitments
Send reminders for key dates (deadlines, birthdays, anniversaries)
Research & Information Gathering
Research products, vendors, tools, licenses, taxes or services as needed
Summarize articles, trends, or competitor insights
Find and compare service providers (legal, marketing, logistics, etc.)
Source travel options (flights, hotels, car rentals)
Locate contact details or background info on key individuals
Document & Administrative Support
Fill out forms, applications, and paperwork
Draft documents, proposals, and presentations
Proofread content before publishing
Organize digital files (naming conventions, folder structure)
Transcribe meeting notes, calls, or voice memos
Personal Assistance
Manage subscriptions, renewals, or cancellations
Assist with vendor/partner follow-ups
Help with travel planning, personal appointments, online orders, or gift research

Based in the Philippines (preferred)
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, and task managers (Asana/ClickUp) is a plus
