Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Project Support) with Potential to Grow into a Full-Time Role!

You’ll be working with a US-based Fractional CMO firm helping fintech and financial services founders build powerful marketing strategies, elevate their brand, and scale their growth. You’ll be right at the heart of it allsupporting impactful projects and making things happen!

You’ll work closely with the CMO and play a key role in keeping everything on track:
Support social media updates & content organization
Create designs and light video edits using Canva
Manage tasks and workflows in Notion
Assist with expense tracking with QuickBooks!
Provide admin and coordination support

What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills
Experience with Notion
Canva skills (design + light video editing)
Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT
Basic QuickBooks knowledge (preferred)
Proactive, organized, reliable, and eager to learn
