JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time | 5–10 Hours per Week to Start

We are a growing home services company seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in outbound calling and business development. This position combines administrative support with lead generation and customer outreach. As the company grows, additional hours and responsibilities will become available.

Work hours must be performed during U.S. Pacific Time daytime business hours.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

* Complete vendor applications and onboarding packets.
* Maintain CRM and prospect databases.
* Organize customer records and follow-up schedules.
* Manage email communication and other administrative tasks.
* Perform online research and data entry.

Business Development

* Make outbound calls to prospective commercial customers.
* Introduce our services and generate interest.
* Follow up with leads and maintain detailed notes.
* Schedule appointments and assist with account development.
* Support email and customer outreach campaigns.

Requirements

? Previous Virtual Assistant experience preferred

? Experience with telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales

? Fluent spoken and written English

? Clear, professional, and easily understood speaking voice

? Friendly and confident phone presence

? Strong organizational and follow-up skills

? Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

? Experience using RingCentral or similar VoIP phone systems

? Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and CRM software

? Self-motivated and able to work independently

? Available during U.S. Pacific daytime business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* B2B sales or account development experience
* Home services industry experience
* Experience completing vendor applications and insurance packets
* Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar CRM systems
* Familiarity with GoDaddy, including basic website and email administration
* Social media experience, including creating posts, basic graphics, and helping maintain Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other business pages
* Experience with Canva or simple graphic design tools is a plus

Compensation

* 5–10 hours per week initially
* Additional hours available as the company grows
* Hourly pay based on experience
