Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and articulate Virtual Assistant to handle outbound calling and lead follow-up with the goal of booking consultations. This role is communication-focused and ideal for someone with a great phone presence, minimal accent, and proven experience in cold calling and lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Conduct simple, script-driven conversations while sounding natural
• Book 30-minute consultations
• Schedule appointments directly on a shared Microsoft Teams calendar
• Log call outcomes (contacted, scheduled, not interested, follow-up) accurately
• Follow up with leads as needed to maximize bookings
Requirements:
• Clear, confident speaking voice with minimal or neutral accent
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling and lead follow-up
• Strong phone confidence and professionalism
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using calendars and basic tracking tools
• Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Schedule & Availability:
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Immediate start preferred
