About Us

We run large-scale B2B email operations across multiple brands. We need someone reliable to manage our email infrastructure, support our systems, and help with marketing execution.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and configure email accounts and domains
- Manage email verification and campaign setup
- Basic server monitoring and data handling
- Customer and partner support
- Help with marketing and other tasks as needed
- Use AI tools to automate and improve processes

You will be shown how this works.

Requirements

- Technically curious — willing to learn new tools quickly
- Fast, reliable, proactive communicator
- Detail-oriented and follows instructions precisely
- Available during US/EU hours overlap
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- proficient in written and spoken English

Nice to have: Experience with email infrastructure, cold email, or technical operations
