JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with a virtual flipping business. Your main role will be finding bargain items on platforms like Craigslist and relisting them for profit on Facebook Marketplace and other resale platforms.

This is a remote position requiring just a few hours per day, with flexible scheduling within U.S. daytime hours.

Responsibilities:

Search for items on Craigslist and other platforms
Create and post listings on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp and Craigslist
Communicate with potential buyers via Messenger
Track listings, messages, and sales in Google Sheets & Trello
Maintain organized workflow and follow posting guidelines

Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Experience using:
- Gmail
- Google Suite
- Facebook Marketplace
- Craigslist
- OfferUp
- Google Sheets
- Trello
- Facebook Messenger
- Ability to work during U.S. daytime hours
- Reliable internet connection
- Detail-oriented and responsive

Compensation:

Paid training provided
