JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, self-driven Remote Office Administrator who takes ownership, learns quickly, and gets things done with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Preferred Experience: Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based home-services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar service company is a strong plus, including familiarity with dispatching, field-service operations, or platforms such as ServiceTitan

* Office Finance & Accounting: Support bookkeeping, invoices, bills, expense tracking, payroll coordination, reconciliations, financial records, and basic reporting.

* Administrative Operations: Own day-to-day office administration, documentation, vendor coordination, follow-ups, record keeping, and recurring operational tasks.

* Task Master / Execution Focus: Maintain task lists, track deadlines, aggressively follow up on open items, and drive assignments through completion—not just identify what needs to be done.

* Self-Driven & Accountable: Work independently, prioritize competing needs, solve routine problems, and proactively communicate issues before they become problems.

* Strong Learning Mindset: Quickly learn new processes, software, systems, and business operations; document what is learned and continuously improve processes.

* Detail-Oriented & Organized: Maintain accurate financial and operational records, double-check work, and ensure important tasks do not fall through the cracks.
