Location: Remote – Philippines
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are an Australian marketing agency specialising in the childcare sector, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the technical setup and management of Meta lead generation campaigns across multiple childcare clients — helping centres fill their enrolments through targeted, well-structured Facebook advertising.
This is a fully remote, full-time position based in the Philippines. You don't need to be an expert — but you do need to have a solid working familiarity with Meta Ads Manager. We provide comprehensive SOPs and training, so if you're a fast learner who follows process well and takes pride in accuracy, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Be Doing

Setting up and launching lead generation campaigns in Meta Ads Manager following our provided SOPs
Building out campaign structures including audiences, placements, budgets, and ad sets
Duplicating, testing, and organising campaigns across multiple client accounts
Monitoring active campaigns and flagging performance issues or anomalies
Making basic optimisation adjustments (budgets, scheduling, audience tweaks) as directed
Maintaining clear naming conventions and account organisation across all client accounts
Communicating updates and progress via our team's project management and communication tools
Following checklists and quality control processes before any campaign goes live

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — you've been in the platform and know your way around
Experience working with lead generation campaigns (even at a basic level) is a strong advantage
Excellent attention to detail — you follow instructions precisely and don't skip steps
Ability to manage tasks across multiple clients without things falling through the cracks
Strong written English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional working environment
Comfortable working Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
Experience working in a virtual assistant or remote role for an Australian or Western client is preferred
