JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a proactive virtual assistant with strong English skills to manage execution across our paid ads department. You must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, reporting, and account structure.
Create and test 5 new ad creatives monthly (both static and video), leveraging AI tools and competitor research.
Handle video editing and graphic design for ads (or coordinate with editors).
Use GoHighLevel to build automations, manage pipelines, set up nurture systems, and integrate ad data.
Communicate with developers on landing pages and lead funnels.
Handle client ongoing tweaks and requests.

Requirements:

Strong Meta Ads & Google Ads platform knowledge.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, campaign structures, and optimization.
Experience editing videos and designing graphics, or managing that process.
Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, pipeline management).
Solid organizational and communication skills.

This is a $300/month full-time role, ideal for a detail-oriented VA, helping us handle execution so I can focus on strategy.
