JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
Livewell Behavioral Health Counseling is seeking a bilingual SPANISH speaker Remote Mental Health Scheduler to support appointment coordination for therapists and mental health providers. This role communicates with patients, schedules appointments, and helps ensure smooth clinic operations.

Applicants must be comfortable speaking with patients in both Spanish & English and working with U.S.-based providers.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and manage appointments for therapy and psychiatric services

Communicate with patients in English and Spanish to confirm appointments and answer scheduling questions

Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Verify insurance information when needed

Coordinate with providers and staff regarding schedule changes

Track cancellations and reschedule patients as needed

Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA privacy guidelines

Requirements
Fluent in Spanish (required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience in scheduling, administrative support, or healthcare preferred

Comfortable using scheduling software and EHR systems

Ability to work during U.S. business hours

Work Environment
This is a fully remote position supporting a U.S.-based mental health clinic. Applicants must have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and the ability to communicate professionally with patients and staff.
