JOB OVERVIEW

The company is an APAC based (all Australian clients) fast-growing SaaS and service system that helps service-based businesses dominate their local markets through automated reviews and local SEO. We are looking for a right-hand VA who is ready to move fast, learn our specific systems, and grow with the company.

The role can be worked in standard manila working hours, (NO night shift)!

We are disrupting traditional SEO and paid ad agencies - our clients love us as our service costs a fraction of typical SEO or google ads, yet gets 10x the results.

We don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1. We value aptitude over a long resume. If you are the type of person who moves quickly without being told twice, loves taking ownership over their work and prides yourself on never making the same mistake twice, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing (We will train you!)
GHL Management: Helping manage our GoHighLevel snapshots, workflows, and CRM updates.

Local SEO Support: Basic optimizations for Google Business Profiles (Google Maps) to help our clients rank higher.

Following structured and organised checklists and tasks for client delivery and ram up - we will train you on everything! We do NOT expect you to come in and understand everything from Day 1!.

What We’re Looking For
High Technical Aptitude: This isn't a coding or engineering role , but you should be "tech-savvy" and comfortable navigating new software.

Speed & Agility: We move fast. You need to be able to pivot and handle tasks efficiently.

GHL experience and experience managing client onboarding workflows and check lists (it'd be great if you could provide some examples of what you've done).

Extreme Attention to Detail: Small things matter in our business - SEO and automation. You are someone who double-checks everything.

Communication: Clear, proactive English communication.

Requirements
Some experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a major plus.

A basic understanding of how Google Maps/Local SEO works.

Reliable internet connection and a "can-do" attitude.
