JOB OVERVIEW

I run Spark Hive, an AI readiness consultancy based in the US. I'm looking for a detail-oriented, proactive VA to become a long-ter ---------- mber of my team. Your main areas of work:

1. LinkedIn Engagement: Manage daily engagement on LinkedIn using our documented system — a comment patterns library and voice guide that tell you exactly how to write comments that sound like our brand. Tools include LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadDelta, and Airtable. Full training provided.

2. Marketing Coordination: Own our content production calendar — maintain the schedule of marketing and social media materials to be created, submit and manage design requests with our design service (KIMP), review the materials that come back, and approve them or request revisions to keep everything on-brand and on-schedule.

3. Calendar & Partner Coordination: Manage the company calendar, and coordinate with our content amplification partner (Otova) to make sure our content topics stay aligned across channels.

Requirements: Excellent written English, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, a good eye for design quality (you'll be approving materials, not creating them), comfortable learning tools like Airtable and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, experience coordinating with vendors or external partners is a plus, reliable internet. Availability: must be available Tuesday mornings 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM US Eastern time (this is required), plus at least 2 hours of overlap with US Eastern time on other working days.
