We are a U.S.-based lighting store looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. If you have experience with residential lighting products sold in the U.S. market, and you’re confident in handling inventory, warranty, and RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including product and order management
- Create estimates and place orders with vendors and suppliers
- Update and track inventory across systems
- Process warranty claims, replacements, and RGA requests
- Answer phone calls and
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding products and order status
- Provide administrative support to the management team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: Hands-on experience with residential lighting products sold in the U.S.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warranty, and RGA processes
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is a big plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Professional phone and
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Must be able to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
COMPENSATION
???? $6 – $7 USD per hour (PHP ~340 – 400)
