THE ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to run our lead generation and content operations system. This is a part-time role — 15 hours per week — with the expectation of expanding to full-time as the business grows.
You will work inside Notion, LinkedIn, and Buffer. You will follow documented SOPs for every task. You will not need to improvise or make judgment calls — your job is to execute the system precisely and flag anything that needs the founder's attention.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, takes pride in accurate work, communicates proactively, and wants to grow with a company long term.

YOUR WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monday — Prospect Research (3 hours)

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify 20 new qualified prospects per week
Filter by: HR Director, Head of People, VP of HR, TA Manager titles; 50–500 employee companies; non-advertising industries
Add all prospects to the Notion Prospect Tracker database with complete information
Flag the batch as ready for founder review before outreach begins

Tuesday & Wednesday — Outreach Execution (5 hours)

Execute the 5-touch LinkedIn outreach sequence on all active prospects
Follow the exact outreach templates provided — personalize one specific detail per message
Update prospect status, touch number, last action date, and next action date in Notion after every touch
Never send more than 20 connection requests per day
Flag any responses immediately for the founder — do not reply on behalf of FutureGig

Thursday — Content Drafting & Scheduling (4 hours)

Draft two LinkedIn posts per week for the FutureGig company page using the content brief framework provided
Write a strong hook (first line), full post body, and select 5 hashtags from the approved set
Submit drafts in Notion with status set to "Needs Review"
Once approved by founder, schedule posts in Buffer at assigned times
Maintain at least 2 weeks of approved content in the queue at all times

Friday — Weekly Report (2 hours)

Complete the weekly report template in Notion covering: prospects added, outreach touches executed, responses received, content status, and any blockers
Flag any prospect responses or situations needing the founder's attention
Send founder a brief message that the report is ready for review
Plan the following week's task list

TOOLS YOU WILL USE:

Notion (task tracking, SOPs, content calendar, prospect database)
LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospect research and outreach)
Buffer (content scheduling)

Email
or WhatsApp (weekly check-ins with founder)

Full training and SOPs will be provided for every tool and task. You do not need prior experience with all of these tools — but you must be a fast learner and comfortable with new software.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- Excellent written English — you will be drafting LinkedIn content and personalized outreach messages
- Strong attention to detail — accurate data entry in Notion is critical
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during agreed hours
- Proactive communicator — you flag issues before they become problems
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with LinkedIn preferred but not required

Preferred:

- Prior experience as a VA for a consulting, recruiting, or B2B company
- Familiarity with CRM or database tools (Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience drafting professional content or copywriting
- Understanding of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation

WHAT THIS IS NOT:

- This is not a sales role — you will never pitch or close clients
- This is not a creative director role — content topics and frameworks are provided
- This is not a customer service role — all client communication goes through the founder

COMPENSATION & HOURS:

$350/month USD
15 hours per week
Part-time with strong potential to expand to full-time as the business grows
Flexible schedule within the Monday–Friday week — tasks are structured by day, not by hour
