Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client's initiative by following up with inbound leads and helping convert them into verified Percapita account users.
Your role will be to quickly contact new opt-ins, guide them through the account setup process, and track activation progress. This role combines lead follow-up, basic customer support, and simple reporting.
The goal is to remove friction for new leads and increase the number of verified Percapita accounts created.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with every lead landing page opt-in within 24 hours
• Drive conversion from MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) ? Verified Percapita Account
• Send personalized
• Clearly explain the process of opening and verifying a free Percapita account
• Answer basic questions and remove friction in the onboarding process
• Confirm when accounts are successfully created and verified
• Document all activity in a shared Google Sheet tracker
• Track MQL volume, contact attempts, and verified activations
• Maintain a structured follow-up cadence until the account is opened or the lead becomes unresponsive
• Provide weekly reporting on lead activity and conversion performance

Response Speed 100% of new opt-ins contacted within 24 hours
Follow-Up Consistency Minimum 3–5 follow-up attempts per lead before marking unresponsive
Conversion Target 20–40% conversion rate from MQL ? Verified Percapita Account
Tracking Accuracy 100% of leads logged and updated in the Google Sheet
