? Supporting a fast-growing coaching and digital education business
The Role
We are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can support the creation, organisation, and delivery of digital programmes and marketing assets.

You will play a key part in bringing ideas to life - turning content into structured, sellable programmes, and supporting the growth of a purpose-led coaching business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Course & Programme Creation
Uploading and structuring courses within Kajabi
Turning recorded content into polished, user-friendly programmes
Creating member journeys and ensuring a seamless client experience
Managing course updates and content organisation

Landing Pages & Funnels
Building and optimising Kajabi landing pages
Supporting funnel setup (opt-ins, thank you pages, email sequences)
Ensuring pages are aligned with brand and messaging

Digital Marketing & Email
Supporting email marketing campaigns and automations
Formatting and scheduling emails
Assisting with lead magnets and nurture sequences

Social Media & Creatives

Facebook Ads
Creating graphics and assets using Canva
Supporting content scheduling and organisation
Repurposing content across platforms

Systems & Admin
Managing CRM systems and client data
Using tools such as Calendly for scheduling
General admin support to keep operations running smoothly
Implementing systems and improving processes where needed

What We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
Has strong experience with Kajabi (non-negotiable)
Is confident with Canva and creating clean, on-brand visuals
Understands digital marketing and online programme delivery
Has experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is comfortable using AI tools and a range of software platforms
