JOB OVERVIEW

• Enter sensitive accounting and production data with high degrees of accuracy into the system.
• Prepare surplus lines tax documents and supporting information needed for the filings.
• Understand Surplus Lines Taxes policies and procedures for Insurance.
• Create financial and tax statements for management review and surplus lines tax purposes.
• Leverage insurance accounting principals to help accounting department.
• Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Document and update all interactions and transactions in the company's database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Accounting/surplus lines taxes issues and improve service delivery.
• Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the on boarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings.
• Coordinate with the accounting support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to tea ---------- etings and discussions to enhance overall customer support strategies.
• Other duties as dictated by the growth of business.
