JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Insurance Admin Support (EST Hours)

We're seeking a professional Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to support our insurance office with administrative and assistant-level tasks.

Requirements:

Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)

Video introduction required to apply – applications without one will not be considered

Must be available during EST business hours

Flexible and adaptable to shifting tasks and priorities

Prior experience in insurance or administrative support is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative support (data entry, scheduling, document management, email correspondence)

Assistant tasks including client follow-ups, policy documentation, and general office coordination

Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy
