About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help our team with daily Instagram outreach.

PixelsEstate is a real estate media company. We work with real estate agents to create professional photo, video, drone, and social media content.

Your primary responsibility will be identifying qualified real estate agents and sending personalized DMs to start conversations and generate potential clients.

Responsibilities

Find qualified real estate agents on Instagram
Send outbound DMs using our scripts and outreach process
Personalize messages so they don’t feel automated or spammy
Respond to basic replies and continue conversations
Identify interested agents and pass qualified opportunities to our team
Track outreach, responses, and leadsWhat We’re Looking For

Based in the Philippines
Strong written English
Previous experience with Instagram outreach, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is preferred
Very reliable and consistent
Detail-oriented and able to follow an SOP
Comfortable doing repetitive outreach every day
Good judgment when communicating with potential clients
Fast learner who can work independently
Stable internet connection and reliable computer

Experience working with real estate agents or a marketing/media company is a plus, but not required.
We want someone who can follow our system every day, send high-quality outreach, start genuine conversations with real estate agents, and help turn Instagram into a consistent source of new opportunities.

There is an opportunity for the role to grow over time for someone who performs well.
