Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in Human Resources to handle key tasks such as hiring, onboarding new employees, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating HR-related calls. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and has experience with HR processes, and is comfortable working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring: Post job openings, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
Onboarding: Manage the new employee onboarding process, including collecting documentation, coordinating training, and assisting with company integration.
Interviews: Conduct initial phone or video interviews and schedule in-person interviews as needed.
Phone Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with candidates and employees, manage inquiries, and provide HR-related information.
Database Management: Update and maintain candidate, employee, and hiring process records in the system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in hiring and onboarding.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner.
