JOB OVERVIEW

Dance Complex is a growing UK-based dance business expanding across multiple cities. We connect dance teachers with students and run dance workshops and classes through a network of local instructors and venues.

We need a sharp, organised, self-motivated VA to help us with the behind-the-scenes work — finding dance teachers, sourcing venues, and supporting our expansion into new cities. As the business grows, so will your role — with marketing and social media responsibilities on the horizon.

Immediate start — we're ready to go now.
What you'll be doing:

????Researching and finding dance teachers across UK cities (this is the #1 priority)
???? Reaching out to teachers and venues via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media
???? Speaking directly with UK venues and teachers to check availability and build relationships
? Checking teacher availability for upcoming bookings
???? Building and maintaining teacher and venue databases in Google Sheets
???? General research and admin to support business expansion

What you'll grow into:

???? Marketing the business across social media
???? Creating and adapting marketing content (Canva, templates, campaigns)
???? Supporting new city launches
???? Eventually managing a small team as we scale

What you WON'T be doing:

No customer bookings or enquiries
No invoicing or payment chasing
No website updates or technical work

?? IMPORTANT — Spoken English requirement:
You will be speaking directly with UK venue managers and dance teachers by phone and WhatsApp. Your spoken English must be excellent — confident, natural, and professional. If you're not comfortable having a real conversation in English with a UK business contact, this role isn't the right fit.
What we're looking for:

Excellent spoken AND written English (this is the #1 requirement)
Strong research and organisational skills
Confident reaching out to new contacts by email, phone, and social media
Reliable internet and own computer
Available to start immediately
Bonus: social media skills,, interest in dance or events

Working hours: Starting at 3:00 PM PHT, Monday–Friday (4–5 hours/day to start).

Rate: $2.50–$3.00/hour USD depending on experience, paid weekly . Performance review and pay increase after 90-day trial.
