Re Con Building Group is a high-end renovation and landscaping company based in Sydney, Australia. We specialise in full-home renovations, extensions, and outdoor transformations. We’re growing fast and need a dependable, creative, and organised Virtual Assistant to help us manage operations and build our brand online.
You’ll work directly with the company director (a licensed builder and former structural engineer), supporting across admin, marketing, and client communications.

You're a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership. You’re creative with design, structured with admin, and can follow instructions while contributing ideas. You should be proactive, highly organised, and have a good eye for quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Design
-Design social media posts, stories, reels, brochures, signage, and proposal documents
-Write and schedule captions/posts on Instagram,
-Create highlight reels/montages using project photos
-Maintain consistency with brand voice and image
-Manage social media ads on
Admin & Business Support
-Draft quotes, variations, invoices, and follow-up
-Track material orders and supplier communication
-Update contractor calendar and timelines
-Aid in building systems and procedures for our growing business
Client & Sales Support
-Respond to new enquiries with templates
-Update CRM or spreadsheet database of leads and contacts
-Format professional documents and send follow-ups to clients or agents
-Set up sales workflows for pre and post client consultation and quotation
-Nurture database with newsletter, seasonal incentives and project and customer highlights.
Finance Admin (Basic)
-Record contractor invoices and receipts
-Assist in chasing unpaid invoices professionally
-Maintain spreadsheets for job cost tracking

Qualifications & Skills Required
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar
-Social media experience (Instagram,
-Experience with admin tasks,
-Organised, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
-Bonus: Knowledge of the construction or renovation industry
-Bonus: Experience using project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Buildertrend)

Social Media Schedule 3–5 posts/week across all platforms. 90% brand style compliance.
Design Quality 95?curacy on template use, tone, and formatting by Week 4.
Admin Accuracy 97?curacy in quote/variation formatting; 24-hr turnaround on simple tasks.
CRM Management 100% of leads logged within 48 hours of contact.
Communication Inbox cleared daily, with follow-ups on all flagged tasks.
Systems Contribution Suggest and implement 2–3 efficiency improvements in the first 60 days.
Invoicing Support Weekly updates submitted; no more than 3 overdue invoices without follow-up.
