We are a successful digital marketing agency in Texas, United States looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our Fulfillment team across 20+ client accounts. This is a long-term role suited for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven work and can handle a high volume of recurring tasks independently and consistently.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to Google Business Profile reviews on behalf of our clients through our management platform, OneUp App, crafting and publishing blog posts across 20+ WordPress websites, and writing and scheduling social media and Google Business Profile posts through OneUp App. You will also be responsible for managing multiple Google accounts simultaneously using Octobrowser, so experience with anti-detect browsers or multi-account management is a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WordPress (publishing, formatting, and VERY basic on-page SEO), a solid grasp of social media content writing, and is comfortable working within established templates and brand guidelines. You should be highly organized, able to manage repetitive tasks at scale without sacrificing quality, and responsive during agreed working hours.
This role is fully remote and long-term for the right person.
