We’re a fast-growing US-based marketing & automation agency focused on the mental health and addiction treatment space. We build AI-powered client acquisition systems using tools like GoHighLevel, chatbots, voice AI, and SEO.
We need a rockstar GoHighLevel VA to join our team and help us implement and manage client systems across IOPs, rehabs, and other medical businesses.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and manage client accounts inside GoHighLevel

Build and optimize workflows, automations, triggers, and pipelines

Manage AI chatbots and voice agents

Building websites and managing AEO

Monitor lead flow and performance inside GHL

Assist with basic website edits, page building

Help create simple onboarding systems and internal SOPs

Communicate with our team daily via Slack and ClickUp

? Must-Have Skills:

1+ years experience in GoHighLevel

Confident with workflows, triggers, opportunities, forms, calendars, etc.

Very organized and detail-oriented

Fast learner and independent problem-solver

Excellent written English

Reliable internet and communication

???? Bonus Skills (Not Required but Amazing to Have):

Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or basic website editing

SEO understanding (AIO, structured content, metadata)

Experience with medical or HIPAA-safe tools

AI chatbot experience (ManyChat, Tidio, etc.)

ClickUp, Slack, Loom, and other async tools
