About Us
LeadHop is a fast-growing startup on a mission to innovate and scale quickly. We’re looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant to join our founding team and help drive growth across multiple areas of the business. This is a unique opportunity to wear many hats, gain exposure to different functions, and grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to sales efforts by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
- Support marketing initiatives, including content creation and campaign execution
- Assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliverables
- Collaborate directly with the founding team on strategic projects
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal oversight

- Independent problem-solver, you can figure things out and deliver results without constant direction
- You’re eager to learn new skills and open to feedback
- You thrive in a collaborative, startup environment and bring positive energy to the team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot quickly
Compensation:
Based on experience. After completing the first 90 days of service, tea
Other details:
- Remote – Work from Home, with backup power source
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, EST time zone (7:00-4:00 pm)
