Virtual Assistant (Full-Time) – Cosmetic Clinic & Bridal Boutique
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AWST

We are seeking an exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support two Western Australian businesses: a cosmetic clinic and a bridal boutique. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent written English (British spelling), a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and consistency.
This is not a flexible role. Hours are fixed.
If you cannot commit to 9am–5pm AWST, Monday–Friday, this position is not suitable for you.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create social media content for Instagram and
Schedule consistent weekly posts, stories, highlights and reels.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally.
Develop and execute monthly promotional campaigns for both brands.
Write and schedule SMS marketing messages to clients.
Content Creation
Write compelling, educational captions in British English.
Produce one blog post per month (beauty/skin education OR bridal fashion).
Design marketing materials such as newsletters, graphics, flyers and campaign content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, values and regulatory requirements for the cosmetic industry (training provided).
Email
Draft and schedule monthly
Manage customer enquiries via
Assist with appointment confirmations and client follow-ups.
Administration & Office Support
Maintain and update client databases and tracking systems.
Organise digital files, reports and business documents.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing and referral tracking.
Research industry trends and provide insight to support business improvements.
Website & Online Store Support
Assist in updating and maintaining two websites.
Improve user experience and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images and pricing.
Process online orders and handle customer queries.
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in social media management
Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and British spelling
Experience with content creation, scheduling and campaign execution
Familiarity with
Proficiency with Canva, MailChimp, CapCut and similar tools
Understanding of website management or e-commerce platforms
Highly organised, proactive and able to solve problems independently
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable being reachable by phone during work hours
Fixed Hours Requirement
This is a full-time position with set hours.
You must be fully available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AWST.
Work cannot be completed outside these hours.
